🌞 About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate the essence of Colibri into daily, high-performing content across our three channels (Colibri Spirit Festival, Colibri, and Villa Estia), primarily Instagram (feed, stories, and reels).
You’ll work closely with the Brand & Communications to bring our organic sales strategy to life, through content that’s not only beautiful and emotive, but intentionally crafted to drive awareness, engagement, and ticket conversions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across our three accounts (Colibri Spirit Festival, Colibri, and Villa Estia), following the brand tone and rhythm of each project.
- Adapt existing photo and video material into engaging social formats for Instagram and Facebook.
- Coordinate with Brand & Communications on creative direction, campaigns, and seasonal focuses.
- Write clear, conversion-focused captions that maintain Colibri’s warmth and authenticity.
- Manage each account’s posting schedule, ensuring consistent visibility and flow.
- Ensure social and email campaigns are aligned in tone, timing, and goals.

Community Management
- Oversee community spaces: Telegram group, Facebook group, and Facebook Page.
- Keep these channels active and meaningful by sharing updates, reflections, or prompts that nurture genuine connection.
- Monitor, moderate, and engage with comments and messages across Instagram and Facebook, always responding in a way that reflects Colibri’s tone and care.
- Track community feedback, questions, and sentiment, sharing insights with the broader team.

Performance & Strategy
- Support the execution of ongoing campaigns that drive organic ticket sales and brand awareness.
- Track and report key performance metrics (engagement, link taps, reach, sales impact) across all accounts.
- Suggest creative optimizations based on analytics, testing formats, captions, and story structures for stronger performance.
- Stay informed about trends and platform updates while prioritizing authenticity and brand coherence over algorithms.
- Collaborate with the paid social team to align strategy.
✨ Who You Are
- Experienced in organic social media strategy (minimum 3 years) with proven results in community-driven marketing or event / lifestyle brands.
- A storyteller at heart: you understand how to connect with audiences emotionally and lead them toward clear action, driving real, measurable results.
- Comfortable working with data and insights, translating them into creative decisions.
- Skilled in copywriting, especially crafting short, human, high-converting social captions.
- Have a sharp eye for visuals and aesthetics.
- Emotionally intelligent: sensitive to language, tone, and community energy.
- Organized, self-led, and proactive in content planning.
- Familiar with modern workflows**:** Meta Suite, scheduling apps, and AI-assisted workflows, as well as project management tools (Trello, Notion).
- You actually like Social Media, and stay up to date with trends & best practices.
- Ideally familiar with the festival, wellness, or conscious culture landscape. Bonus points if you’ve been to Colibri Spirit Festival before.
